Download Policy
At Paint By Kourtney, we offer digital downloads of our artwork. These downloads are for personal use only and cannot be resold. Upon purchase, the digital files will be available for download for 24 hours. If you have any issues with downloading the files, please contact us. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads.
Refund Policy
We take great pride in our artwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
